- Lead a dedicated team of education advisors, assessors, and support staff to ensure students receive an exceptional learning experience.
- Implement strategic directions for educational delivery, assessment, and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and continuous review of course materials and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with vocational training standards and policies.
- Provide feedback to improve course content and delivery.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain.
- Bachelor degree in relevant field.
- At least 3 years industry experience in counselling and/or community services environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
