Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Legal Assistant to support our growing litigation and property practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex matters and the opportunity to learn from an experienced team.
About the Role:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Assisting with court filings, bundles and briefs for counsel
- Supporting lawyers with litigation and property transactional matters
- Managing deadlines, calendars, and file administration
- Liaising with clients, barristers, and court staff
- Conducting legal research and assisting in preparing hearing documents
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a law firm (litigation or property preferred)
- Strong written communication and document formatting skills
- A keen eye for detail and solid organisational habits
- The ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced legal environment
Bonus Points:
- Experience in property or commercial litigation
- Prior exposure to Supreme Court, Federal Court, District Court, LEC or NCAT matters

We are a litigation-led firm with a sharp focus on high-stakes disputes. We work closely with leading junior and senior counsel and are known for our rigour, responsiveness, and results.
This could be a full-time or part-time position depending on your experience and availability. For a law student or aspiring lawyer, this role could progress to a graduate legal role within the firm.
