Nursing Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to work as a Nursing Assistant at our facility.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to donors.
- Interact with potential donors to assess their eligibility and suitability to donate
- Create a positive experience for donors, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
- Conduct routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests to ensure donor safety
- Prepare equipment and machines for donations
- Insert and remove needles safely to collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
- Monitor donors post-donation and assist them with scheduling their next appointment
No prior experience in blood collection is necessary. Our comprehensive training program provides on-the-job practice and online classes to ensure the individual is well-equipped for the role.
