Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Utilize communication equipment to respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
  • Meet with guests to discuss their vacation plans and preferences
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to ensure a high level of service and a seamless transition for guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

Requirements:

  • No experience required, but a genuine passion for customer service and the local area is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) is advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
