Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and portfolio optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including market research, competitor analysis, and bid preparation.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in renewable energy project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
  • Strong understanding of financial and commercial management principles, including P&L accountability and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and team members.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, competitor assessment, and bid strategy development.
  • Professional certifications or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, or a related field.
