About the Position:

This role involves delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to support clients in achieving their goals and maintaining independence in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions under Aged Care Funding to help clients regain independence and continue living at home.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to clients.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy, current registration with AHPRA, and postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care settings.

Requirements:
  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Proven ability to assess occupational therapy needs and design tailored programs for aged care clients within the community.
  • Postgraduate experience working across diverse aged care services, including community-based settings.
