Office Coordinator

As a proactive professional in office administration, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. From office coordination to marketing support, you will collaborate closely with project managers and our global support network.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and posts.
  • Welcome visitors and guests with warmth.
  • Monitor office and equipment supplies, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Maintain kitchen, break-out areas, and conference rooms.
  • Organize databases, filing systems, logs, and reports.
  • Support travel organization and expense management.
  • Assist in writing contracts, invoices, and backup documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings, document protocols, and track action items.
  • Represent the company in client interactions.
  • Exhibit fiscal responsibility in all tasks.
  • Complete assigned project work accurately and on time.
  • Organize office events as needed.
  • Handle timesheets, expense reports, and general ordering.
  • Process accrued hours data.

Candidates with 3+ years of general business experience, preferably in an Engineering or Pharmaceutical setting, are highly sought after.

Proficiency with Adobe/Acrobat and Microsoft Office is required.
