Job Opportunity:

The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking a highly skilled professional to support the development of Western Australia's agriculture industries.

About the Role:

  • Develop, implement, and review strategic policy and responses to enable achievement of the Department's planned outcomes and alignment with broader government objectives.
  • Provide evidence-based advice and support to senior executives and shape the Department's forward program for policy development and implementation.
  • Analyse and interpret complex policy and regulatory systems and translate insights into effective strategic action.
  • Lead and manage staff and foster a collaborative work environment, including building effective working relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
