Early Childhood Educator Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Trainee.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
