Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential development space. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
This senior role will form part of a small and growing team with opportunities to assist in business development initiatives, training/mentoring junior valuers within the residential development valuation space.
About YouWe are seeking an experienced and driven professional with highly developed residential development valuation skills, exceptional communication and business development skills, and a strong client network. Additionally, you should possess:
- A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with 5 plus years experience
- A strong understanding and experience in the residential development space
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
