Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity allows you to take ownership of the daily management of a showroom, leveraging your exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge to deliver an outstanding experience for clients.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the showroom team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist clients with product selection, prepare quotes and sales orders, and develop strong relationships to drive repeat business
- Manage inventory levels, execute in-store marketing campaigns, and support the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proven experience in people management and leadership within a retail or similar environment
- Strong sales and product knowledge, particularly in flooring or related building products
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate fast-paced situations
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $55,000-$60,000 + super and commission, plus opportunities for professional development and career growth in a high-performing business
