Requirements:

  • Rlevant licenses/certifications as per Federal, State, and Local requirements; valid driver's license.">

  • Qualifications or experience in electrical, mechanical engineering, plumbing, or HVAC are highly regarded.">
  • Physical ability to carry up to 12 kg, climb ladders, and perform bending, sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.">
  • Knowledge of health and safety risks, including manual handling, site safety, chemicals, and trip hazards.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.">
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.">
  • Friendly, professional, and courteous attitude towards residents and colleagues.">
