Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned regulatory expert to join our team as a Regulatory Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international regulations, executing compliance reviews, building strong customer relationships, and interacting with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities

- Timely and accurate completion of regulatory documentation.

- Execution of compliance reviews against prescribed criteria sets.

- Building strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Diplomatic interaction with regulatory authorities such as FSANZ, Dept of Agric, and the Therapeutic Goods Administration of AU.

- Monitoring submissions progress and keeping stakeholders informed.


Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of regulatory experience in the flavour industry, food manufacturing or ingredient supply business.

- Sound knowledge of the FSANZ Code and AFGC PIF, with ability to apply this knowledge effectively.

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
