Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Manager to lead our Skii Counter and create exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Drive sales growth through effective leadership, product knowledge, and customer engagement
  • Manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Skii products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
