Lead Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Lead Data Analytics Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives in marketing campaign migration, data enablement, and analytics optimization.

  • Oversight of end-to-end migration of marketing campaigns across Digital, Direct, and Social Media platforms ensuring seamless transitions and performance enhancements.
  • Facilitation of stakeholder access to analytics and user feedback for campaign optimization and enhancement of Unica capabilities in Salesforce focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Ensurance of compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance during migration including oversight of data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and reporting processes.

This role demands a unique blend of hands-on technical proficiency, agile project leadership, and stakeholder engagement. As the Manager, you will lead multiple active marketing campaigns from legacy platforms like Unica and Oracle Responsys to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale marketing campaign migrations particularly from Unica to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with big data platforms including Hadoop, Oracle, and Teradata for processing structured and unstructured datasets.
  • Deep understanding of designing and modeling databases using data mining, segmentation, and data architecture principles.
  • Proficiency in developing and optimizing complex queries and algorithms to support high-performance analytics workflows.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python and Tableau for creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies including sprint planning, requirement gathering, testing, and risk analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of mentoring teams and organizing training sessions.
  • Proven capability in maintaining governance standards and ensuring secure data practices throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills in cross-functional and fast-paced environments. Domain knowledge in Banking and Finance is highly desirable, particularly in handling ANZ customer data.
