**Project Leadership Opportunity**


Savills Australia is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our Brisbane team in delivering exceptional client outcomes. As a key member of our property services firm, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Australian property market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams in planning and execution to achieve client goals
  • Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality, within time and cost constraints
  • Maintain strong client relationships and set an example for your team
  • Comply with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policies and legislative requirements
  • Achieve target margins by managing projects within budget and demonstrating financial acumen
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project implementation, including risk management, benefits realization, and quality measures
  • Deliver timely and accurate project reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of commercial project management experience
  • Relevant industry-related tertiary qualifications
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership and complex project management capabilities
  • Able to work effectively within diverse teams and drive personal productivity
