Flexible Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our centres and children as a Flexible Educator. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the education program in the room and centre team, engage and supervise children at all times, maintain a safe environment, and build strong relationships with children and families.

About the Role:
  • This position involves actively contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
  • You will be responsible for engaging and supervising children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members is crucial in this role.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families is essential.
  • You must comply with National Quality Standards and policies and procedures.
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement is also important.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  2. Engage with children, families, and staff to build positive relationships and a sense of community.
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
  5. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
