Job Title

Lead Civil Maintenance Professionals to Deliver Exceptional Services

The position requires a skilled and experienced professional to lead a team of maintenance staff in delivering high-quality services to our community.

  1. Develop and implement effective works programs to ensure the timely completion of projects and tasks.
  2. Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues or challenges that may impact service delivery.
  3. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) / Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM) accreditation or non-practitioner status.
  • Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card) certification.
  • Current South Australian Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Certificate in Leadership or related field.
