Enterprise SAP Transformation Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation of our SAP system, overseeing the design and functionality of the new solution with a focus on standardisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic decision-making around transformation delivery, evaluating all available options.
- Leading and overseeing the SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgrade project from initiation to completion.
- Designing and implementing a standardised solution with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Managing an internal project team, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating closely with vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines while maintaining accountability.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring buy-in from all levels of the organisation.
- Extensive experience in SAP implementation and project management with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of leading at least one full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation/upgrade project.
- Strong understanding of SAP best practices and principles with the ability to make informed decisions around design and functionality.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards project success.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
