Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate customer service expert to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing genuine service, building effective customer relationships, and contributing to the sales performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating lasting impressions and moments that matter for our customers.
  • Utilize superstar selling skills to contribute to the sales performance of the store.
  • Build effective customer relationships and be the expert to talk to.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player to contribute towards the store's success.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.
  • Have a safety mindset and strive to provide the safest work environment for yourself and your team mates.

Requirements

  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's licence, as driving will be required.
  • Ability to work other days if requested.
