Key Responsibilities

  • Execute warehouse functions in alignment with Assembly Label's brand vision and values, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.
  • Deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient execution of retail, wholesale, and e-commerce picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to WHS standards and policies.
  • Work closely with Team Leaders and Warehouse Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Nurture internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency, openness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 25kg and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new processes and procedures.
