Warehouse Assistant - Returns Team

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Returns Team in Alexandria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing returns, inspecting goods, and updating our Warehouse Management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process returns, including unwrapping, inspecting, and re-wrapping goods
  • Assist the Value Added Services Team with wrapping and boxing high-end products
  • Update the Warehouse Management system with accurate and timely information
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse returns environment is preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
  • Reliable and physically fit, with the ability to commit to ongoing work
  • Computer literacy, with experience using SAP systems
  • Must have safety shoes

Working Conditions

This is a full-time casual role, working a day shift from 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. You will be based in Alexandria, with close proximity to the train station and onsite parking available.
