We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Hervey Bay, QLD. As a trusted partner in our residents' health journeys, you will help older Australians maintain their independence, mobility, and dignity through compassionate, evidence-based care.
You will enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents and staff alike, while contributing to a positive and supportive care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a qualified Physiotherapist.
- Minimum two years' experience in physiotherapy (experience in aged care is highly regarded).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
