AI Governance and Risk Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our specialist AI Non-Financial Risk team, pioneering the future of AI governance and enabling innovation.

As a key member of our Global Non-Financial Risk organization, you will cultivate a culture of responsible AI usage across the organization, designing and executing a forward-looking vision for AI risk management that balances commercial ambitions with robust governance.

You will champion and execute a strategy to democratize AI risk knowledge, developing practical frameworks, policies, and tools that empower the organization at scale. Engaging directly on novel and high-impact AI initiatives, you will provide pragmatic advice that balances risk and opportunity.

  • Pioneer AI governance strategy, designing and executing a forward-looking vision for AI risk management
  • Develop and implement practical frameworks, policies, and tools for responsible AI usage
  • Champion and execute a strategy to democratize AI risk knowledge
  • Engage directly on novel and high-impact AI initiatives, providing pragmatic advice

About You:

  • Track record of leadership in technology governance, AI strategy, product management, or risk management within a complex environment
  • Deep credibility and expertise in responsible and ethical AI principles
  • Positive, commercial risk mindset with ability to balance innovation and growth with robust governance
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
