At Icon Bathware, we are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers across the region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safely operating a delivery vehicle to transport fittings and fixtures to customers, while adhering to safe manual handling practices.
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, maintaining accurate records and providing timely updates on order status.
  • Collaborating with the warehouse team to manage stock levels, conduct inventory control, and optimize logistics processes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid driver's license and experience operating light commercial vehicles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Physical fitness, with the capability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25kg).
  • Forklift license or equivalent experience is essential for this position.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
