As a Workforce Administrator - Field Services at Centorrino Technologies (CT), you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Field Services team operates smoothly and effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the workforce schedules for our Mobile Desktop Support Officers, Rural Sub-Contractors, organize backfill and emergency resourcing, and provide administrative support for Managed Services operations. You will collaborate closely with team leaders, technicians, and clients to ensure that our resources are allocated efficiently, and our clients' needs are met without disruption.

**Requirements**:
**What you'll do**:
- Manage and optimise schedules for Field Services technicians to ensure adequate client site coverage while addressing conflicts or resource shortages.
- Coordinate backfill and emergency resourcing for Managed Services to minimise disruptions, working closely with Field Services Team Leaders to allocate resources effectively.
- Act as the main contact for workforce planning and administration, maintaining accurate records of staff availability, shifts, and leave.
- Generate workforce reports on metrics like resource utilisation and scheduling efficiency, communicating changes to schedules or resource plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Workforce Manager under the Managed Services Agreement to ensure efficient onsite support and a seamless client experience.
- Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs with attention to detail to minimise business impact.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster team morale, and promote collaboration for smooth operations.

- Meticulous in maintaining accurate schedules, records, and reports.
- Collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and building positive relationships within the team and cross teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and responding to changing requirements with agility.
- Familiarity with workforce planning tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes is highly desirable, but can be taught to the right person
- Previous experience in workforce scheduling, logistics, resource management, or a similar administrative role is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is advantageous but non-essential.
