Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced automation specialist with expertise in DevOps tools and practices, pipeline development, and test automation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that testing tools and frameworks are fit for purpose, enabling efficiency in testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated testing pipelines, leveraging your knowledge of Java, Node.js, or PowerShell, to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Integrate automated testing and test tools with existing pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and efficient testing.
  • Develop and maintain testing tool frameworks to enable easy sourcing and reuse of test scripts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, tool licensing, software currency, and version upgrades, as well as user administration and support.
  • Assess new tools and technologies to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency and quality.
  • Manage reporting and relationship maintenance with vendors.

Requirements

As a successful candidate, you should possess:

  • Expertise in DevOps tools and practices, including pipeline development and test automation.
  • Strong coding skills in languages like Java, Node.js, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks, standards, processes, toolset procurement, and vendor management.
