About the Position:
- Oversee the order creation and allocation process to meet Myer and supplier timelines.
- Ensure effective store allocation of orders through comprehensive analysis.
- Gain insights into the supply chain and perform reporting and analysis on in-season sales outcomes.
- Assist the Analysis & Planning Manager and Buyer in developing assortment strategies, conducting post-season evaluations, managing stock transfers, and implementing markdowns.
- Potential for career progression into leadership roles within Merchandise.
About You:
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with the allocation process is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to facilitate effective merchandise allocation decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
- Proficient time management skills with the capacity to work independently while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
