Configuration Manager Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Configuration Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the configuration of complex systems and ensuring that they meet the required standards.
About the Job- Rapidly identify areas for improvement in supply chain, maintenance, and support operations through Logistics Support Analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics considerations into product design and support planning.
- Determine and steward spare parts provisioning lists, publication and training requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about configuration management and has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements- 5+ years experience in technician roles in similar high-rigor environments (Aerospace, Maritime, Automotive, Medical Devices, Nuclear, etc.).
- Experience with configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, procurement, and operations teams.
This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. The successful candidate must be able to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
