Personal Support Assistant

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with high support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and daily living support to clients
  • Assist with manual handling and use of aids to ensure client safety
  • Support clients with complex needs and medical requirements
  • Foster independence and inclusion in shared living environments
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
  • Confidence in manual handling and use of aids
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for varied shifts and rostered work
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Current Driver's Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
