About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Supervisor to join our team at the City of Albany. As a key member of our Aquatics Team, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and developing a team of aquatics staff to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the aquatic industry, excellent communication skills, and a high level of safety practices. You will also need to be able to monitor and provide input to the Aquatics budget while adhering to KPIs.

About You

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with previous experience in a supervisory role. You will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will also need to have a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate and knowledge of pool plant operations.
