About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for career growth and development in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service and maximise customer experience to clients through effective communication, problem-solving and time management skills.

This role involves providing a point of contact for clients, managing client relationships, assisting with enquiries and liaising with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for drafting and producing client communications, managing chat and email enquiries, and answering phone calls from advisers and clients.

Requirements
