Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Casual Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a positive shopping experience, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area, supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store. You will also assist with merchandising products on the sales floor, ensuring our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

In this role, you will provide a high level of customer service, including pre, during, and post-sale support. You will create, support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment while helping our customers find the perfect gifts or products.

Key Requirements
  • Availability to work peak periods (September/October to February)
  • Ability to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area
