Cloud System Reliability Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about designing and maintaining complex distributed systems.

About the Role

We seek engineers with expertise in algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design. You should be able to debug and optimize code, automate routine tasks, and possess excellent problem-solving skills along with strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers to build reliable systems that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure high availability and performance by measuring the entire system and developing automated solutions to enhance it.
  • Lifecycle management of services from inception to refinement.
  • Contribute to team objectives and key results (OKRs) and promote best practices across teams.
  • Participate in an oncall incident response team and practice blameless postmortems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 1 year of coding experience in one or more languages: C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
