The Youth Employment Facilitator will play a key role in supporting young people to achieve their employment and education goals. This will involve conducting assessments to identify the needs and strengths of each participant, and developing individualised plans to address any barriers to employment.

You will also be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to young people, to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to secure and maintain employment. Additionally, you will work closely with employers to identify job opportunities and provide support to ensure that young people are well-prepared for the workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people, and to contribute to the success of our Transition to Work program.
