About the Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English learning facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching English to students of varying ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Tutoring:
- Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to small groups of students.
- Assist students in building strong foundational knowledge, developing effective study habits, and reaching their academic goals.
- Correct and provide constructive feedback on students' work.
- Clearly communicate concepts to students and parents.
- Content Creation:
- Design and develop educational resources tailored to the Victorian Curriculum.
- Create digital and print content that enhances student learning in English, including grammar, comprehension, and essay writing resources.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve and update teaching resources.
- Adapt content to suit different year levels and learning styles.
- Experience in teaching English to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
- Familiarity with the Victorian Curriculum.
