Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced influencer marketing manager to lead our influencer and partnership strategy.

  • Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns across various audience segments.
  • Develop and manage relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers.
  • Plan and execute influencer content for product launches, events, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and evolve influencer marketing strategy across multiple brands.
  • Define KPIs, campaign goals, and budgets for activations and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage influencer/partnership budget and scale spend based on results.
  • Evaluate and optimise influencer/partnership tech stack.
  • Implement and manage affiliate/referral program with clear commercial attribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow influencer partnerships.
  • Source, vet, and onboard influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
About the Role:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong network of influencer contacts and understanding of the creator landscape.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics.
