Senior Project Contract Administrator

Contract Administrators play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of multi-year design and construction contracts across Queensland. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project delivery & site construction.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering for CA or Engineering roles), a proven track record in project management, and an excellent understanding of Australian Standards and Policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate project documentation and paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to project teams.
- Assist with contract administration and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Relevant qualifications (Bachelor of Engineering for CA or Engineering roles).
- Experience in project delivery & site construction.
- Proven project experience in civil infrastructure, construction, building works, or water infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across complex stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of Australian Government transport infrastructure standards (ideally with TMR prequalification).
