As an Engagement Officer or Assistant Director, you will play a critical role in delivering our work program across various regions, including North Queensland, South Queensland, Eastern New South Wales, and Western New South Wales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • You will oversee the development, coaching, and mentoring of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality results for First Nations people.
  • You will develop and maintain complex internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice and managing issues or complaints.
  • You will undertake procedural, administrative, and service-related tasks that support our business activities or manage projects.
  • You will understand remote communities by gathering and analyzing relevant data to assess impacts and outcomes for Indigenous Australians.

**Requirements:**

  • To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian citizen.
  • You must be able to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected) level security clearance.
  • You will be required to undergo pre-employment screening checks, including an Australian Criminal History Check.
