Position Overview

We are seeking an Employee Experience and Events Manager to enhance our HR and Marketing initiatives. In this multifaceted role, you will guide a dedicated team responsible for cultivating an exceptional employee experience, injecting enthusiasm into our workforce across various locations, managing front desk operations, and delivering essential services to our personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Employee Experience Initiatives

  • Provide comprehensive direction to the employee experience and services team, focusing on strategic planning and execution of events, front desk management, and amenities.
  • Oversee budget management and generate reports evaluating the impact and effectiveness of events and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees across all locations to understand their needs and preferences, reinforcing the company culture.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to introduce innovative ideas that enhance the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with local and global benefits teams to identify optimal benefits and perks for our offices.

Event Management and Delivery

You will supervise and support our Employee Experience Partner in managing the following:

  • Plan and execute signature events that reflect our high standards and corporate culture.
  • Secure venues, coordinate transportation, and manage catering to create memorable experiences.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish objectives, attendee lists, and budgets, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process.
  • Oversee all logistics, from initial planning to on-site coordination and post-event evaluations.
  • Attend events to manage setup, execution, and breakdown, resolving any issues to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Design and maintain the events calendar.
  • Develop and manage budgets for all events.

Front Desk and Service Management

You will also oversee and support our Front Desk and Employee Services team in the following areas:

  • Manage front desk operations, including guest reception, phone inquiries, mail sorting, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Oversee facilities and amenities, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as expense management, supply maintenance, and courier bookings.
  • Support travel management and assist international visitors.
  • Facilitate smaller-scale employee service initiatives, including recognition programs and team gatherings.
  • Ensure kitchen operations meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Provide a variety of nutritious meal options to meet dietary preferences.
  • Solicit and evaluate employee feedback to continually enhance food offerings.
  • Manage inventory and procurement while minimizing waste.
  • Develop and oversee the catering budget, balancing quality with cost-efficiency.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and suppliers to improve dining options.

  • A consultative approach to people management.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and timelines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Flexibility to attend events as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
