Job Opportunity: Field Service Engineer

As a professional in the life sciences industry, you will be based on the road, providing exceptional support to customers by installing, maintaining and repairing medical equipment.

This engineering role has a focus on our diagnostics portfolio. You will apply your knowledge of engineering principles to effectively troubleshoot and maintain systems where you will develop a well-rounded technical and interpersonal skillset.

  • You possess strong analytical ability and have an interest in helping people and finding solutions to problems.
  • With a bachelor's degree or other tertiary qualification ideally in an engineering related discipline, you work as an engineer in the life sciences industry.
  • As part of this role, you hold a valid driver license, a reliable car and flexibility/ability to travel within the assigned territory (with some overnight stays required).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain various types of medical equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems
  • Develop strong technical and interpersonal skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or tertiary qualification in engineering related discipline
  • Valid driver license and reliable car
