Environmental Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the development of our business.

Job Description:

As an Environmental Professional, you will be responsible for leading contaminated land audit projects under the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing environmental reports, preparing audit advice, preparing site audit reports, conducting site inspections, and participating in client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of environmental consulting experience in contaminated land in Australia or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of NSW and National contaminated land guidance and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and travelling to client sites as needed.

Education and Licensure:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, geology, environmental science or a related field.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of environmental consulting experience in contaminated land in Australia or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of NSW and National contaminated land guidance and regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in the development and management of client relationships.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams.
  • Experience in contaminated land auditing.
  • Experience in human health and ecological risk assessment, hydrogeology, vapour intrusion/hazardous ground gas.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and travelling to client sites as needed.
