Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Account Manager, focusing on managing and growing national retail accounts, negotiating pricing and promotions, and monitoring category performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow and manage national retail accounts with major supermarkets and household names.
- Negotiate trading terms to maximize profitability.
- Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Oversee stock control, forecasting, and ordering processes to maintain supply continuity.
- Liaise with suppliers, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver campaigns in-store, online, and via social media.
- Drive business development in new channels and markets.
- Proven experience in FMCG account management or national sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain and stock management principles.
- Creative approach to marketing and digital brand promotion.
- Sharp commercial acumen and ability to think outside the box.
- Exceptional time management and ability to work independently.
