Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and driven Senior, Lead, and Principal Process Engineers to enhance our Perth-based operations. These roles will report directly to the General Manager - Process and will involve critical responsibilities such as:

  • Conducting feasibility studies and comprehensive design processes.
  • Designing and executing metallurgical test work.
  • Developing flowsheets and operating cost assessments.
  • Creating PIDs and drafting study reports.
  • Supervising junior process engineers and overseeing process plant commissioning.

Qualifications
The ideal candidates will hold qualifications in Metallurgy, Process Engineering, or Chemical Engineering and will demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant tertiary education credentials.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience for Senior roles and up to 15 years for Principal roles, encompassing both operations/commissioning and engineering design.
  • Experience in hydrometallurgy design is highly regarded.
  • Proven track record in process engineering for studies and detailed design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly at the Principal level.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients while adhering to budgetary and time constraints.
  • Willingness to travel for short-term assignments, including process plant commissioning.
  • Familiarity with commodities such as gold, base metals, iron ore, vanadium, uranium, rare earths, and lithium is preferred.
