Senior Leadership Advisor To The Deputy Director General

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and gain exposure to senior leadership roles within the Transport Canberra Directorate.
As an Executive Officer, you will provide expert guidance to the Deputy Director-General on strategic matters, ensuring seamless delivery of administrative and operational tasks. You will also oversee the Division's statutory and business management aspects to meet corporate governance guidelines.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing high-level advice to the DDG on strategic, administrative and operational matters as required
- Ensuring the statutory and business management aspects of the Division align with business needs and corporate governance guidelines
- Acting as the Division point of contact and liaising with key stakeholders
- Managing and reviewing high-level communications and correspondence
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders and senior staff within the division and Directorate
- Representing the Deputy Director-General at various forums, internal and external, as required
