Job Title: Medical Care Specialist

This role is ideal for a medical professional who is passionate about providing patient care and treatment during transport.

Job Description:

  • Assess, plan and implement healthcare management plans to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical handovers to other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records in accordance with professional standards.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal and external service providers to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Australian work rights and full unconditional registration with AHPRA as a Medical Practitioner; FRACGP desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in emergency/critical care or primary health care.
  • Previous aviation flight experience and/or detention or corrections experience (desirable).
  • Valid Australian Passport valid for at least six months.
  • National Police check and BLS/ALS completed within the last 12 months or willing to obtain.
