Our Building Services teams focus on making buildings more energy efficient, cost-effective to run, and sustainable. To achieve this, we're looking for individuals who share our passion for sustainability and thrive in designing energy-efficient buildings and communities.

Working across various sectors, our engineers produce innovative and award-winning sustainable engineering solutions throughout the lifecycle of any building project.

In this role based in Sydney, you'll join a team specialising in the design of exciting construction projects in Australia and worldwide.

This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to start a career in sustainable design and the built environment as part of our Graduate Program.

You will develop your knowledge and skills by analysing, reporting, modelling, and documenting sustainable design projects. You will perform tasks such as sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation, manage green building certification, develop water conservation strategies, and undertake energy audits.

You will work across sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, and Residential, and will have the opportunity to assume greater levels of responsibility over time.

The Key Skills

You should be educated to degree level in Engineering, the Built Environment, or a related area. Excellent communication skills and experience using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.

You should have some knowledge of ESD rating tools and a passion for creative and intuitive design. Experience with energy modelling software and parametric modelling software is viewed positively but not essential.
