Purchasing Support Specialist

Support our purchasing team in managing product data, inventory processes, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate stock requests and manage inventory across stores and teams.
- Investigate stock variances and provide accurate availability updates to relevant departments.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and monitor expiry dates to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Update product data across systems and maintain clean reports for tracking and bulk updates.
- Support new product onboarding and ensure data accuracy across pricing, barcodes, and categories.
- Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
- Communicate key updates and product changes clearly across internal channels.
- Provide general administrative and purchasing support as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Punctuality, discipline, and reliability are essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and work effectively across departments.
