**Geotechnical Laboratory Assistant Position Overview:**

To provide technical assistance to the geotechnical consultancy and laboratory teams with laboratory testing in accordance to AS1289 test methods.

**Essential Requirements:

">
  • Understanding of AS1289 test methods.
  • Minimum 2 years (preferably) experience in laboratory soil testing including compaction tests, CBR, and PSD in accordance with AS1289 Australian Standards test methods.

**Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or higher qualification.
  • Victorian driving license.

**Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and contractors.
  • Physically fit and prepared to undertake labor-intensive tasks.
