The role of a Service Manager at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is to provide leadership and management of the service, ensuring high-quality care and education for children. Located close to public transport, the service offers a welcoming environment with beautiful outdoor spaces.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader who can inspire and manage a team of educators. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and foster positive relationships with stakeholders.

To be successful as a Service Manager at Busy Bees, you will require:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to maintain one.
- A First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
You will also need comprehensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, proven ability to lead and manage a team, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Desirable skills include experience in a similar role, conflict resolution, budgeting, and financial planning.
